This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of complex federal litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Position Details

  • New York City, NY
  • Active New York Bar admission required
  • 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
  • $160,000 - $220,000+ base salary, depending on experience
  • Generous discretionary bonus
  • Full-time Associate Attorney opportunity

Role Overview

  • Handle securities, antitrust, and consumer class action matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
  • Participate in depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, experts, and support staff on complex federal litigation matters
  • Represent institutional investors and other clients in high-stakes litigation
